11.45 a.m. to 12.30 p.m. Workshop with Andy Hunt – How EFT/Tapping Can Relieve Stress and Distress
Andy Hunt is a Master Practitioner and Trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), and also a Practitioner and Trainer of Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). He’s been practising NLP since 2000 and EFT since 2004.
Andy works with people who have a painful inner life. They want to change themselves for the better and they know it is up to them but, however hard they try, they stay stuck in the same old struggles.
Sometimes life can be stressful and distressing.
If you would like to learn a simple way to reduce your levels of stress and distress then this short introduction to Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) or “Tapping” might be just what you need. EFT is a deceptively simple process that literally taps into the body’s own soothing response to reduce the power of unpleasant emotions.
In this brief introduction Andy Hunt (AAMET Accredited Master EFT Trainer) will show you have to use this technique to reduce the stress and distress you feel in everyday life.
12.45 p.m. to 13.30 p.m. Workshop with Steven Brown – Healthy Eating; The Building Blocks of Health and Wellbeing

The workshop is designed to provide some basic, accurate and evidence-based information in a way that is easy to understand. It is intended to help clear up some of the conflicting information that is publicised by the media. I see many people who are confused as to what good nutrition looks like, and many have almost given up on the idea of trying to achieve a healthy diet, feeling that if they listened to every piece of advice they wouldn’t be able to eat anything.

Sound Healing – Restoring the Harmony of your vibration
Sound is a powerful source of healing capable of rebalancing, rejuvenating and healing the physical body, mind, heart and spirit. Used since the beginning of days, it has played a part in every civilization of the world tending to the holistic needs of the people and helping to unite them with their own magick and the greater Divine. Edwin Courtenay uses his voice in combination with the pure tones of Crystal Singing Bowls, the rhythmic power of the Shamanic Drum, Koshi Bells, the Silver Branch, the Sansula, tongue Drums and the Native American Flute to tend holistically to the individual’s need, guided by Spirit to create a bespoke sound healing journey. In this lecture Edwin will not only demonstrate this array of powerful instruments but also explain how each one affects the different fields of energy, chakras and holistic states and how we can “self medicate” with sound by following a few simple guide lines and rules. This promises to be a powerful, interactive lecture complete with a sound journey meditation perfect for relaxing too and receiving a balanced healing – just what the sound doctor ordered!
